For the Love of Laundry is the first company in Singapore to clean with _ _ _ _ _ , a new toxin-free technology that is better for the environment, your clothes and you. We use an all-natural liquid silicone that gently rejuvenates the most delicate fabrics, making your clothes feel cleaner, look better and last longer.
Most dry cleaners use a petroleum-based solvent (Perc) which damages clothes over time and also poses severe health and environmental risks. The use of Perc is banned in the state of California and has been classified as a toxic air pollutant and potential carcinogen by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
Liquid silicone on the other hand, is a safe all-natural cleaner derived from sand, which gently penetrates fabric to rinse away dirt in a way that neither water nor Perc can. Liquid silicone is non-allergenic and mild enough to rub on your skin. In fact, we're sure you already have, because liquid silicone is the main ingredient commonly found in everyday shampoos and body lotions.

The Durvillea Sauvignon Blanc allows those of you that have not tried any of the Awatere styles of Sauvignon Blanc to do so without going “the full monty”. The healthy dose of 65% _ _ _ _ _ fruit in the Durvillea is immediately evident on the nose as clean refreshing wafts of green pepper and stingy nettle make themselves known. These “green” flavours are tempered with softening white and black current over layers of tropical guava and light honey dew melon.
The palate is a good reflection of the nose with a delightful blend of green peppers and tropical fruits held together with a surprisingly textured minerally mid palate. It’s at this point that the naming of the Durvillea becomes so very poignant, given that Durvillea the wine takes its name from the Bull kelp that is found all along the wild Marlborough Coast. This carpet of green at low tide with strong lines, shapes, textures and colours, mirror beautifully the depths and complexity of the wine.
The finish on the Durvillea is one of its defining features given that it is long, crisp and clean without a hint of flabby sweetness, even when drunk warm.
