Complimentary Serving of Toro Sashimi (Tuna Belly), Nama Kaki (Fresh Oyster) & Taraba Kani (King Crab) with every Ala-Carte Buffet Dinner. The Salmon Belly and Shin Yuu Special Aburi Sushi (Salmon) are rumoured to be absolutely divine and we hear that the Shin Yuu Special Aburi Sushi is the nicest sushi ever eaten in Singapore: apparently it's got a perfect, flawless texture that simply melts in your mouth.

The Wafu Steak is another dish that sets this restaurant apart from all the other Japanese venues around town. It's extraordinarily soft and tender and again simply melts in your mouth! Sashimi Moriawase has six different kinds of sashimi; Maguro(tuna), Hiramasa (kingfish), Shake (salmon), Mekajiki (swordfish) and tako (octopus), all of which are to die for!

The service here is second to none at Shin Yuu and we especially appreciated the constant refilling of green tea. The staff also offers to change your plate to a clean one every so often so that is nice touch that didn't go unnoticed.
