Popular Nagoya ramen chain, Menya Sakura, is now at Boat Quay. The kitchen is helmed by Chef Sho Naganuma, who was the executive chef at Marina Bay Sands' Hide Yamamoto for five years.
The shop's signature is the Tsukemen; thick noodles dipped in a tonkotsu and seafood broth.
