Arteastiq Group’s new Vietnamese culinary concept, Paper Rice, takes diners through the country’s rich gastronomic history through a careful study and integration of the cuisine’s signature clean, exotic and robust flavours.
A collaboration between Arteastiq’s award-winning Executive Chef Yip and Vietnamese-born Chef Minh, the extensive menu presents nostalgic classics such as the hearty Pho, smoky street-style grill and Vietnamese drip coffee, as well as other traditional and uncommon Vietnamese delights such as the Nem Lụi Huế (Grilled minced pork lemongrass skewers from Hue), the Mì Quảng (Speciality pork noodles from Da Nang) and the Cà Phê Trúng (Traditional egg coffee from Hanoi).
An all-day dining destination, Paper Rice also offers Singapore’s first Vietnamese-style high tea sets featuring colourful traditional snacks, desserts and pastries served alongside your choice of Vietnamese coffee or Arteastiq’s signature teas.
