Pink Blossoms Brewing is a newly-launched microbrewery and tasting room concept in Ubi.
They have created 2 special flagship brews. “Lean on Me”, is a dry-hopped and citrusy New England Pale Ale; and “Hundred Years”, a smooth, light milk stout with distinct chocolate aromas.
Big adventures have simple beginnings. For Pink Blossoms Brewing, it started with one man's dream to share the delicious flavours he tasted in his beer pilgrimages with his community.
An accountant and tax advisor by training, Pink Blossoms Brewing's founder Hong Han could never imagine that he will someday become a brewer. Work brought him to the US where he became mesmerised by the diversity and creativity of the American craft beer industry. It was love at first sip. Weekends became opportunities to visit one great brewery after another. After visiting more than 100 breweries of different sizes and styles, Hong Han decided to give up his life in the corporate world to share the rich and diverse flavours he experienced with his community back home in Singapore.
In early 2018, Hong Han and his wife returned to Singapore to build their dream brewery from scratch. With the unwavering support from family, friends and the community, Pink Blossoms Brewing poured their first pint to the public a few months ago.
All patrons of Pink Blossoms Brewing are welcomed to BYOF(ood) to their tasting room and have them with their beers. Their beer menu changes form time to time. Do visit them at their tasting room to check out their latest beers.
After an extensive two-month renovation period with a complete overhaul, Paulaner Bräuhaus; Singapore’s first and only authentic German microbrewery, is proud to re-open its three-storey bar and restaurant at Millenia Walk as Asia’s model flagship store with fresh new interiors and an updated food menu.
Keeping to the German “Geselligkeit” (sociability) concept, the updated menu of authentic Bavarian dishes is perfect with beer and for communal dining. Customers can look forward to revelling in the convivial atmosphere and the brand’s signature hospitality.
Paulaner Bräuhaus’ characteristic large polished bronze boiler; where the beer-making process begins, still takes centre-stage at the cosily-lit level one bar which boasts a seating capacity of 100 guests indoors and 150 guests outdoors, ideal for a casual gathering or after-work drinks.
On the second level, the 180-seater restaurant’s main feature; a towering sky-blue candy-striped Maibaum (Maypole) - a 16th century architectural antique, gives patrons the feeling of dining in a spacious breezy garden setting in the day, and under the stars at night.
The third level gallery floor overlooks the restaurant below and can be utilised jointly with the second level restaurant for larger scale events.
Paulaner Brauhaus’ kitchen is helmed by Executive Chef Klaus Lukarsch who has over 25 years of experience in German cuisine.
On the menu; Paulaner Trio Fish, Leberkäs Pizza, Pork Schnitzel and more. Not missing out the Pork Knuckle. They present a whole bone-in pork knuckle which is first marinated in a Bavarian spice blend, brushed with Paulaner beer, and then over-roasted for 2.5 hours to render its characteristic crispy crackling and succulent flesh. Served in a roasting pan with a side of house-made sauerkraut and semmelknödel – a traditional bread dumpling, this makes a hearty meal-in-one.
Alchemist Beer Lab is the first beer infusion bar in Asia to house a grand total of 16 sleek and state-of-the-art towers.
While infusing beer is by no means a new process to beer makers, the beer infusion tower at Alchemist Beer Lab is a progressive and cutting edge system that allows brewers to introduce any type of ingredients into their infusions with optimal flavour extraction and fresh results. At Alchemist Beer Lab, two kinds of systems from Poland and the United States of America are used; one holding up to one-litre of beverage, and the other with a capacity of three-litres.

Drawing inspiration from its namesake, Alchemist Beer Lab turns the ordinary into the extraordinary. Designed by architectural firm Akira Kita Architecture, also the team behind the design concepts of Esquina and Luke’s Oyster Bar & Chop House, Alchemist Beer Lab’s interior is decorated in a sleek and muted colour palette of grey, gold and black marble, and accented with wood elements to emulate an experience of the medieval times.
The kitchen is helmed by Executive Chef, John Edwards, who has thoughtfully conceived a Modern-European tapas-style menu to accompany the extensive array of drink options.
