BTM Mussels & Bar by Deliciae Hospitality Management (DHM) on Duxton Hill is a casual restaurant and bar concept serving European comfort food, with the star being fresh seasonal mussels served in a variety of styles and international flavours, with crisp golden French fries; best enjoy with an ice cold beer!

Inspired by chef and restaurateur Olivier’s experience in being the first to expand and popularise Belgium’s ‘mussels and fries’ restaurant concept throughout France, BTM Mussels & Bar relives that delicious chapter of his culinary story in Singapore, and celebrates the flavourful gem of the sea, showcasing its natural sweetness by preparing them in a variety of styles and flavours popular throughout Europe.
In addition to mussels and fries, BTM Mussels & Bar serves a wide selection of comfort food from the Benelux region of Europe (i.e. Belgium, France and the Netherlands), including a variety of small plates, tartes flambées and charcuterie and cheese boards, which are best enjoyed with drinks and ideal for sharing!

Nearly a decade after first bringing French classics to Singapore at their original location at Duxton Hill, L’Entrecôte The Steak & Fries Bistro has now opened at Customs House, overlooking the stunning Marina Bay!

L’Entrecôte focuses on the season’s best steak paired with unlimited crispy, golden fries, accompanied by a fresh green salad with mustard dressing and walnuts. This winning formula is only complete with their secret sauce, poured generously over the trimmed and tender slices of steak.
The singular main course on the menu is complemented by a wide array of starters and 15 kinds of desserts. Choose from starters like the traditional French Escargots de Bourgogne (6 snails prepared with parsley butter and garlic) and delectable desserts like the crowd‐pleasing Old Fashioned Crème Caramel with a traditional almond tuille.

Singapore's first and only French restaurant dedicated to serving authentic soufflés and casseroles is now open in the heart of Duxton Hill!
Celebrating French classics and boasting Parisian chic, Soufflé serves a delectable array of light, airy soufflés in both savoury and sweet varieties, including Comté Cheese Soufflé, as well as time-honoured classics such as the Grand Marnier et Orange Confites Soufflé. For a taste of regional French favourites, savour their range of traditional casseroles, such as the hearty Boeuf Bourguignon, Parmentier de Canard and Poulet Basquaise, fresh from the oven!
Enjoy a quiet moment of solitary bliss with one of their dishes, or order a variety for sharing amongst a group of loved ones. To accompany your meal, they also offer a lovely array of carefully-curated wines direct from France. C'est vraiment délicieux!

Situated by one of Orchard’s busiest intersections, the outdoor duplex aptly features the crossing of four different cuisines from the East and the West. Opened throughout the day from 9:30am till late, a central menu integrates each restaurant’s specialty dishes, allowing diners to order across concepts.
The ground floor of the duplex is the comeback place for burger joint &Made, and the third home of Spanish tapas bar Sabio Orchard.

With a total seating capacity of 220 people across the four spaces, the 4300 square feet venue is also ideal for private events of up to 500 people.
A joint partnership between DHM and Robinsons, expansion plans to bring the same model in different locations throughout Asia and Middle East are scheduled in the future.
