Body Fit Training is a scientific high intensity group strength and conditioning studio. In short, their programs are designed to be progressive, innovative, and transformative. Visit the newly-opened Body Fit Training Farrer Park and experience the fun and high-energy training.
At BFT, they use science and technology to drive positive outcomes – at all fitness levels. They’ve incorporated scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50 minute training sessions that are overseen by highly accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment.
Every Body Fit Training program is personally designed by BFT Founder and Joint CEO, Cameron Falloon.
Cam has had an extensive career as a strength and conditioning head coach for elite sporting teams including AFL teams Geelong Cats, Western Bulldogs and Port Adelaide Power. He has also trained elite soccer teams internationally, and was the personal fitness trainer for Princess Diana.
Cam’s philosophy centres on delivering results-driven programs via progressive training loads. In other words, you’ll increase your capacity and capability week-to-week in 4 – 6 week blocks so that you’ll see progress in your body make up and results you achieve. It’s the same strategy he’s used successfully for over 20 years in the industry.
