Their drinks menu presents an elaborate and diverse collection of pairings to add both intensity and harmony in the delicate art of tasting; consisting of wines, cocktails, whisky, sake, tea, coffee, dashi, broth and consommés. The wine list in particular offers a wide international base that leans towards the French regions, with a particular focus on Anne-Sophie’s birthplace, the Rhône Valley.
Established in 1960 as a food stall specialising in Hainanese chicken rice in the Pratunam district of Bangkok, Go-Ang Kaomunkai Pratunam quickly gained popularity among locals. Today, the brand is synonymous with the area, and in 2018 and 2019, the popular eatery was awarded a prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand Award in the Bangkok edition of Michelin Guide.

The new branch, Ha-Oh Hototogisu, boasts a spanking new distinct menu which has been developed by Master Chef Yamamoto, who has specially flown in from Japan and spent weeks in Singapore to prepare and curate new flavors for this outlet.
The stars of their new menu are their Crab Ramen and Iberico Shoyu Ramen which are both exclusively available only at their Paragon branch.

Founded in 1960, Go-Ang Kaomunkai Pratunam is a popular joint in Bangkok serving up a Thai version of Hainanese chicken rice. Their first overseas outpost is now open in Singapore at NEX and rebranded here as Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice.

The artisanal approach is evident in every detail of the new restaurant: From the custom wood and stonework created by craftsmen from around the world, the white gloved Gueridons in the dining room, the custom glasswork from Kimura, Japan, to the selection of indigenous herbs from the mountainsides in Savoie, France, it is the attention to details in all the little things that communicate what Restaurant JAG is all about.
Located at 76 Duxton Road, Restaurant JAG will offer a fine dining experience spread across two floors. Level 1, with seats for 25 and views of the open kitchen, is tailored for romance or intimate gatherings, while the lounge and bar on level 2 is outfitted with Chesterfields and intimate bar seating, perfect for closing deals at the end of a long day.

A partnership with Unlisted Collection; Zén is the sister restaurant to 3-Michelin star Frantzén in Stockholm. Their tasting menu is carefully curated and based on both local and world-class delicacies. Guest can expect the finest ingredients sourced from the region and beyond. The gastronomic experience spans three floors in a classic shophouse building in downtown Singapore.
Their fixed menu is priced at SGD 450++ per guest excluding a choice of beverages. Beverage pairing, alcoholic and non-alcoholic is available. Zén is set to open on 21 November.

Qi - House of Sichuan, the one-Michelin-starred Sichuan Restaurant in Hong Kong is now also available in Singapore, serving contemporary Sichuan dishes at Marina Bay Financial Centre.
Qi has been awarded the One Michelin Star for three consecutive years since 2016, it has created a modern interpretation of traditional and authentic Sichuan dishes that reflect the “seven flavours of Sichuan” (spicy, aromatic, sweet, bitter, sour, peppery, and salty). Chef Christophe Lerouy (formerly of Alma by Juan Amador) has started a brand new modern French restaurant, Restaurant Lerouy, on Stanley Street.
Diners get to sit around the eye-catching long & winding counter which frames the open kitchen.
There are three-, five- and seven-course tasting menus to select from for lunch and dinner. For the month of December, chef Lerouy will work his magic and presents his version of Christmas foie gras creation.
Originally from France, the decorated chef Lerouy brings with him a myriad of food cultures and techniques from his culinary exploits around the world. He spent his formative years receiving a strong foundation in classical French techniques under the tutelage and apprenticeship of Michelin-starred chefs Christian Le Aquer (Le Pavillon Ledoyen) and Guy Martin (Le Grand Vefour), Pourcel Brothers (Le Jardin des Sens). Thereafter, he worked in Los Angeles, Shanghai, Marrakech, Abu Dhabi and one year in Singapore in 2008 when he was sous chef The Lighthouse Restaurant.
Chef Lerouy’s classical French foundation incorporated modernist leanings at Amador Restaurant and Cellar at the Park Rotana Abu Dhabi, as well as at Alma by Juan Amador. It was at Alma where his culinary excellence and direction as the restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine was awarded the one star accolade in the 2016 Singapore Michelin Guide.

Yuki Onishi, Founder of Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta, opened his shop in Sugamo, Tokyo In January 2012. The name of the shop originates from Onishi’s dream of nurturing ramen into a noodle dish that Japan will boast about. Tsuta began receiving awards from 2013 became the World’s First Michelin-starred Ramen in 2015. The Shoyu Ramen, complemented with truffle oil is one of its Signature Dishes.
Onishi learnt the art of making ramen in 1997 at his father’s ramen shop, ‘Nanae no Aji no mise, Mejiro’ after graduating from high school. He opened his own shop, Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta in 2012. He carefully selects home bred chickens, different varieties of vegetables, seafood and other natural ingredients to make the soup of his Signature Dishes: Shoyu Ramen and Shio Ramen. His artistry in combining ingredients lifts his ramen into a higher dimension.

Located in the iconic Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall, the restaurant offers set menus of up to seven courses, with creative dishes such as a caramelised onion pastry topped with gelato made from 20-months aged Grana Padano cheese.
Hong Kong's Michelin-starred Kam's Roast will open at Pacific Plaza on Nov 19 at 1pm, even if its without their signature goose on the menu.
This is the brand's first overseas outlet. In Hong Kong, Kam's Roast Goose earned its Michelin star within four months of opening in 2014. It was started by Mr Hardy Kam, a grandson of the late Mr Kam Shui Fai, who founded the Hong Kong roast goose institution Yung Kee in 1942. In replacement of their signature Roast Goose which they are unable to serve in Singapore at current, they will have succulent Roast Duck instead.
