New at Pickering Street, Jimoto Ya’s signature ramen was created by Chef Nobumasa Mieda of Michelin-Starred Kaiseki Restaurant, "MIEDA" in Hokkaido.
The broth is made from a special blend of amaebi (sweet shrimp) and tonkotsu. The flavours of their signature ramen embody the pride and joy of the people of Hakodate, Hokkaido.
