Kinki occupies the two levels at Customs House, a conserved building built in the 1960s for the Singapore Customs Police. Enter the lift whose doors and walls are covered in various retro Japanese prints stitched into a dizzying collage. Designed by local design studio, Punkt Creative, the prints evokes Kintsugi, the old Japanese art of mending broken pottery by joining the fragments with capillaries of gold. Following the successful launch at CÉ LA VI Tokyo in 2019, CÉ LA VI have announced that their new fast and casual dining concept, BAO, is now available in Singapore at the CÉ LA VI SkyBar. The Bao burgers offer a tantalising fusion between Asian bao and western burgers, inspired by the fluffy bao popular in Taiwan, Japan and China. The housemade Bao buns are steamed to order and seared on a hot cast iron pan on one side to achieve a crispy, caramelised interior while maintaining the soft pillowy Bao exterior. The menu draws inspiration from flavours across Asia, featuring seven tantalising Bao combinations loaded up with sustainably-sourced, antibiotic- and hormone-free ingredients.

Housed in a 1960s-era building, the legacy of this building lives on and its old building charm preserved.
Lin <æž—>, short for “Shu-Lin”, which means 'forest' in Mandarin, is a contemporary Asian alfresco rooftop bar and specialises in authentic Asian-infused cocktails, premium whiskeys, international shooters and specially selected beers paired alongside with Asian bar snacks. Lin <æž—> prides itself on creating some of the most unique Asian cocktails such as Tom Yum Gong, Dragon's Gate, and 7th Beauty using Asian ingredients such as chili padi, lime infused plums, dragon fruit & chinese dates.
