Tokyo Joe at the new Savourworld is a Donburi eatery by day and izakaya at night.

Their signature fare is the Bara Chirashi-don, which is essentially generous portion of sashimi scattered atop a good bowl of Japanese pearl rice. It is fuss-free, offers a myriad of flavours and textures ($16 for lunch hours, $19 in the evenings).
At Tokyo Joe, they have also assembled not only a collection of Japanese sake but also a Japanese whiskey, shochu, umeshu, sparkling wines and of course Japanese beers.
