Mushi Mushi is a novel Japanese concept serving authentic yet contemporary range of Chawanmushi. All recipes are of Japanese origin and they emphasise on the quality of freshly brewed stock from Kombu and Bonito Flakes. Expect a new range of flavours and ingredients specially concocted to your taste.
Chef's recommnandation includes the Kinoko Mushi, a mushroom infused flavor derived from garden fresh Shitake, Shimeiji, Enoki and White Button Mushrooms.
