Developed internally by Stana Pijunovic, in-house Chief Architect and head of a team of Swiss architects and designers, the new global store design perfectly embodies La Prairie’s long-standing quest for timeless beauty. The new Takashimaya counter is a haven of pristine elegance that offers an intimate consultation space and a private facial cabin – creating a fluid and seamless customer journey.
Defined by visionary Swiss architects, the school of Swiss Contemporary Architecture is a style at once raw and refined, deceptively simple in its execution, physically intense – imposing even – yet always in a poetic balance with the surrounding landscape. Integrating Swiss essence into its design, each fixture and structure in the new counter tells a different story. From the walls – using veneer wood from Switzerland, designed in a representation of the Swiss Alps, down to the table legs – structured to resemble the mountain landscape in Switzerland. The pristine and refined layout of the store echoes elegance and timeless beauty, which the brand represents.
La Prairie’s new visual merchandising aesthetic integrates the school of Land Art, a conceptual approach rooted in nature itself. Using wood and mineral elements, natural and noble materials, it celebrates the vitality and beauty of nature while demonstrating a deep respect for it.

Swiss artisanal chocolate brand, Läderach Chocolatier Suisse is among one of the retail tenants confirmed to open their doors in Jewel Changi Airport next year.
Läderach has stood for top-quality, hand-made Swiss chocolate and confectionery specialities since 1962. They are a family company with around 500 employees that is headquartered in Glarus, Switzerland. They manufacture they own cocoa mass in their chocolate factory, which makes them one of the few premium producers to guarantee sustainable quality from the cocoa bean through to the end product.
