Kaffles is a small F&B start-up by two friends, Kenny Huang and Kimberley Yeo. They wanted a simple name and thought to inject a twist to the word “waffles” by replacing the first letter with the initials of both of their names. Hence, the name, Kaffles.

Their signature waffle will be the Thai Milk Tea Kaffles which is a Thai milk tea infused waffle that has gone through many hours of research and experimenting to achieve that cakey and doughy texture with a light crisp. The Thai milk tea drizzle is also the product of countless hours of work before it was perfected.

Catching on to the recent craze of coconut ice cream, Kenny has also come up with a gula Melak combination that features a scoop of island coconut ice cream and red ruby on buttermilk waffles. I actually love this one because of its thick gula melaka, just that it’s a little on the sweet side.

Their latest gourmet salad creation is the Apple Pie salad; an apple pie inspired salad packing all the savoury taste of an apple pie into a healthy and delicious bowl of salad!
For beverages they serve fresh cold pressed juice which compliments their salads really well and are packed full of nutrients and goodness. They also have specialty blend cold brewed teas which are teas brewed using cold water over prolong periods to squeeze out all the natural sweetness and flavour of the tea blends. Other than that they do offer Gryphon Hot teas as well as simple machine made coffee.
