Ho Fook Hei at Great World City is Joyden Concepts' newest restaurant. Ho Fook Hei’s cooked-to-perfection Specialty Rose Wine Soy Sauce Chicken is prepared the traditional Cantonese way, using a time-honoured recipe passed down through the years.
The Cantonese have a saying that “a meal is not complete without having chicken”. The chicken symbolises not only prosperity, but also good fortune (“ho fook hei” in Cantonese), and is a must-have especially during festive occasions and celebrations. “Soy Sauce Chicken” was said to have been created over a hundred years ago in Guangdong Province, when a master chef from out of town sought to spice up the way the Cantonese traditionally poached chicken at a famous local restaurant, substituting bland water with a fragrant soy sauce based braising liquid, resulting in a flavourful dish that has become synonymous with Cantonese cuisine.

Michelin-starred ramen restaurant from Tokyo, Konjiki Hototogisu, has set up their 2nd restaurant at the new wing of the revamped Great World City.
Operating as Hototogisu Ramen at Great World City, this new branch boasts a spanking new menu lineup which has been developed by newly-crowned Michelin-Starred Master Chef Yamamoto.
Exclusive to the Great World City branch is the introduction of "Oyster Ramen" with two versions for patrons to choose from. Either the clear soup based Oyster Shio Ramen ($15.90) and Oyster Paitan Ramen ($15.90) with creamier broth.

Taking over the former space of the now-shuttered three Michelin-starred Joel Robuchon Restaurant in Resorts World Sentosa; fine-casual concept Table65 by Dutch celebrity chef Richard van Oostenbrugge is set to open sometime in December this year.
The 78-seater location is currently being extensively refurbished. The cuisine at Table65 is fine dining, but the experience, atmosphere and service will be casual and interactive.
Chef van Oostenbrugge was the executive chef of the two Michelin-starred Bord’Eau Restaurant Gastronomique in the iconic Hotel De L'Europe in Amsterdam. His Singapore venture will be themed after his newest restaurant named 212 and it is also his first restaurant in Asia.
His first started his career in Switzerland, where he worked alongside top chefs and mastered culinary skills of the highest level. Praised for his command of exacting French cooking techniques, he took on the role of Executive Chef of Hotel De L’Europe in Amsterdam. He helped the hotel’s main dining destination Bord’Eau attain the coveted two-star Michelin rating and has won awards like the Gault Millau Chef of the Year, Best Fromager of the Year Award and a near-perfect Gault & Millau score of 19.

They will also get to nurture key social and emotional skills while engaging in activities that require cooperation, self-awareness, and communication with peers. Older kids in the Lil’ Champion class (5-8yo) will have a chance to build up their stamina and endurance while developing fine and gross motor skills, spatial awareness, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and sport preparation.
