What can you do with a 4,000sqft restaurant space? Put 250 seats into it and attempt to be one of the largest seating restaurants in Singapore or turn it into a lifestyle restaurant with books, grocery, music and a little space to breathe. Real Food chose the latter.
Previously located at Killiney Road, they have recently shifted to Orchard Central.
The people at Real Food spend an incredible amount of time plus effort in preparing and sourcing for good quality and ‘ethical’ food to put on their menu.
The food items may just be names to you but there are remarkable stories behind every single one of them – like the amazing but often victimised farmers and raw food producers, their struggles of believing in the food industry differently and standing by it, the meticulous process of creating real food, the emotional attachments to them, their critics, and the good people that put them together.
Their cafes' selection are free from processed ingredients (food grade or otherwise), artificial preservatives and Trans-fat. Last but not least, they are meat free.
At Under Armour, their mission is simple: to make all athletes better through passion, design, and the relentless pursuit of innovation. Their new store at Orchard Central will open in April.
It all started in 1996 when Under Armour CEO and founder Kevin Plank created the original performance T-shirt that wicked sweat and regulated body temperature to make athletes cooler, drier, lighter, and better. Since that first T-shirt, Under Armour has grown into the most innovative brand in all of sports with gear for men, women, and youth.

South-east Asia’s first POMPOMPURIN Cafe will soon open in Singapore at Orchard Central.
For the uninitated, POMPOMPURIN is a yellow golden retriever dog character introduced by Sanrio in 1996. Always seen with a brown beret, the cute pup loves drinking milk and eating soft food and pudding that his mother makes. While seemingly not as famous as its counterpart like Hello Kitty, his fluffy-looking, huggable appearance has earned him legions of fans and the title of first place winner in the Sanrio Character ranking in 2015.
Covering a space of 1,900 sq ft, fans of the popular character can expect an all-things-POMPOMPURIN experience at the cafe. This means customers will not only be greeted with canine-themed decor (from the wallpaper right down to the cutlery and table mats), but also a full menu of cute-looking food and drinks in the shape of POMPOMPURIN.
Every POMPOMPURIN Cafe in the world takes on a different theme that suits the local culture, which is why the one in Singapore will be sporting a “garden city” theme, inspired by little red dot’s lush greenery. Conceptualised by Sanrio Japan, the cafe can seat a total of 78 people. Cafe patrons can also request to sit at one of the four four-seater booths, called “Tomodachi House” (translated as Friends House), which feature one of Purin’s friends – Bagel the Squirrel, Coconut the Monkey, Mint the Frog and Macaroon the Golden Retriever.
As for the POMPOMPURIN die hard fan, a wide variety of merchandise ranging from handbags, water tumblers to plush toys will also be available for purchase.

Serving a mix of robust, country-style Cajun seafood and the distinctive richness of Creole cuisine. Backed by one of Singapore's oldest seafood restaurant leaders, TungLok Group, Dancing Crab sources their shellfish from the same vendors used at the group's best seafood restaurants, offering a range from Boston lobster to Dungeness crab.
New Orleans, Louisiana is known for its happy atmosphere, lively music, and high spirits. Dancing Crab brims with life, bringing the same emphasis to its colorful location at The Grandstand, welcoming its guests to eat, drink, and be merry.
Tonkin was, for centuries, the name of a fertile delta of the Red River known as the northernmost region of Vietnam. This is where their casual dining experience begins, where bright flavours, fresh textures and rich aromas converge in every healthy bite.
More than escaping into the past, they celebrate a living legacy—much like Hanoi’s 36 lanes that began a thousand years ago and still flows with trade, craftsmanship and everyday life to this very day. Spices from far away awaken ingredients harvested just this morning. Recipes handed down from one generation to the next come alive as simple comfort fare through modern approaches and techniques. Vintage charm enriches a contemporary atmosphere where you may dine quickly or linger as you wish.
