Brawn is also the first steakhouse in Singapore to offer the nouveau chic sensation of US Black Cherry Wood grilling. Must try items on the Brawn menu include its signature 21-day dry aged ribeye and striploin steaks. The dry aging process requires special preparation that can only be performed on the highest grade beef available (each steak must high and even marbling). The steaks are then hung to dry for at least 21 days in a temperature and humidity controlled chiller. The process evaporates water and breaks down the tough connective tissues in the beef, resulting in an intense flavor and a decadent, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
For meat lovers who have tried it all, Brawn is one of the few steakhouses to offer less conventional cuts such as the cube roll and Wagyu D-rump. Diners with an appetite should not miss out on the Cote De Boeuf, a 1.5 kg steak, slow cooked to perfection. Tender inside and out, succulent and dripping with juices, this is one of the biggest steaks in Singapore and a gastronomical feast for the whole table to enjoy.
All steaks at Brawn Steakhouse are chosen from select stock that best accentuates the defining qualities and characteristics of each cut.
