Executive Chef Giuliano Dacasto was born in Turin, Piedmonte, and subsequently moved to Rome. His passion for cooking was conceived in his grandmother's kitchen at the age of 9, where he first learnt how to prepare a family meal. Fuelled by desire to hone his culinary skills, he started working in a professional kitchen when he was 14. His determination bore fruit when he was made Chef de Partie at Il Passetto restaurant in Rome when he was only 18. Giuliano's early achievements spurred his culinary dream. The desire to perfect his cooking techniques and to delight his guests with creative dishes grew stronger.

Giuliano went on to sharpen his knife in prestigious restaurants in Italy and around the globe. He has trained at 3 Michelin-Starred Ristorante Le Calandre di Rubano, 2 Michelin-Starred Da Bracali, and 1 Michelin-Starred Il Convivio Troiani. Beyond Italy, he continued his career in Gordon Ramsay's Boxwood Café in London, and 2 Veneti Restaurant where he worked together with Matteo Gasperini. Fresh ingredients and balance, Giuliano believes, create an unforgettable dining experience for his guests.
