Helmed by the Tuscan chef Francesco Mansani, the 82 seater restaurant has been drawing a steady stream of meat lovers. The wood-paneled walls and leather chairs bring a masculine vibe to the place.
Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse has a simple plan, to offer a steak like no other: the perfect Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a charcoal-grilled steak that is tasty, tender and so finely textured that it melts like butter in your mouth.

The 1st step is the perfect beef, from Australia. Their exclusive Wagyu-cross is organic-fed under the highest fine texture, with a high (not to high), marble score; all achieved without sacrificing flavour, ideal for a thick-cut steak experience.
Secondly their beef is dry-aged to intensify the flavour and finally cooked over a wood fired grill in the traditional Tuscan method, to create a steak that is simply the perfect balance of taste, texture and tenderness.
