Bergs burgers are Gourmet. Bergs is the new, completely unique gourmet burger restaurant in Singapore. They love burgers that's why that's all they do!
Creating a fusion of east and west, the Bergs experience is unforgettable. That means new and exotic tastes and ingredients, variety, and flavour. The days of pre-cooked, plastic tasting, mass produced burgers are at an end. Bergs burgers are prepared entirely from scratch, in-house. They make all their own patties, sauces, and marinades from secret recipes created by them and inspired by their experiences and travels around Asia and Australia. And of course your food is fresh; prepared and cooked in front of you in their open kitchen.

Asian inspired flavours liberally pepper their menu. The likes of mango chutney, chilli ginger and coriander can be found in more than a few recipes while garam masala makes an appearance in the Lamb burger (known as the ‘Kiwi Stud’). They even include beetroot in their BFB burger, a surprising new element for many, while an old favourite for any Australian.

Other highlights on their menu include the Alamack – a fish burger with a name inspired by a common Malay phrase, the Budgie Smuggler – a chicken pattie burger with hints of sweet chilli and orange honey, and for vegetarians, the Krakatoa and the Good Falla. The former is a tofu burger with liberal lashings of peanut (satay) sauce and coriander to pique the taste-buds of tofu lovers while the falafel filled Good Falla evokes exotic tastes with avocado, lemon yoghurt and aioli making it a protein enriched answer for weary workabees.

Once upon a time two Aussie's living in Singapore went in search of the perfect burger. They searched throughout Singapore, then across Asia, and in time widened their search still further to New Zealand and Australia. Somewhere along the way, despite tasting many fine products and having a great excuse for travel, they realised that they were going to have to knuckle down and do it themselves if there were to find Burger Nirvana.

The result is Bergs, which was launched in May 2009 at Far East Square, in the heart of the Sinagpore CBD and Bergs represents an exotic new approach to Gourmet Burger cuisine. Combining Eastern and Western flavours with fresh ingredients, homespun recipes and an open kitchen concept (so you can watch your burger taking shape in front of you) Bergs and its burgers are here to delight your tastebuds.
