Executive Chef Joseph cultivated his passion for cooking since young, learning the basic fundamentals from his father, a highly respectable German cuisine chef in his days. At the young age of 18, he began apprenticeship at the ever popular Ikoi restaurant in Hotel Miramar, Singapore. That was the beginning of his culinary adventure.

Never one to rest on his laurels, Joseph went on to immerse himself in the culture of Japan, exposing himself to the superb culinary scene there. It was during his stint there where he acquired the meticulous nature and superb technique in preparing his dishes.
