The food includes grill selections featuring classic charbroiled steaks with cuts ranging from Premium to standard cuts from high grade meats. The menu at The Market Grill also features the finest Live Atlantic Lobsters as well as Colin West’s (CW) Signature Burgers. Delectable choices include Chargrilled Whole Lobsters drizzled in garlic and lemon infused clarified butter and served with a side of salad and creamy mash potatoes; and Lobster Sliders that feature juicy and generous chunks of lobster meat mixed with creamy herbed mayo-pommery and crisp romaine, sandwiched between freshly-baked brioche rolls.
For burger selections, CW Signature Burgers feature Chef Colin West’s original recipe of chargrilled burgers with their own unique personality that burst with every mouthful in light and fluffy buns. Some highlights from the burger menu include the CW Cod Fish comprising of succulent grilled Atlantic Cod in pommery-marinate with romaine lettuce and juicy vine tomatoes, served in a golden baked parmesan bun.
Owner Chef and Director Nam Quoc Nguyen designed NamNam Noodle Bar’s menu to be one that is simple, healthy and affordable.
The causal Vietnamese noodle bar features 11 bowls of Vietnamese noodles lifted from the streets of northern, central and southern Vietnam. NamNam Noodle Bar’s menu cannot be without the famous bowls of pho from Hanoi, the birth place of pho recipes. With chicken or the variety of beef options, each bowl of rice flour noodles be it the regular Pho Beef Steak Slices or Pho Wagyu Beef Slices are packed with an intense broth boiled for at least 24 hours.
The Vietnamese noodle journey continues with other street noodle recipes from southern and central Vietnam. The Mouse Tail Noodle Soup is a Vietnamese breakfast or supper staple and is a best seller at sister restaurant Annam Vietnamese Cuisine.

The restaurant features a collage of old Vietnamese newspaper cutting wallpaper and enamel cups will add to the vintage atmosphere and touch of the whole concept. The warm yet chic interior furnishing brings out the flavour of Vietnam and its rich culture.

In a warm and inviting setting reminiscent of the French-colonial era, tuck in to authentic Vietnamese fare that promises to whet your appetite.
Chef Nguyen Quoc Nam has returned to the Les Amis group where he began his career over 10 years ago with a new restaurant close to his heritage! Annam Vietnamese Cuisine is a bistro-style restaurant that aspires to re-invent traditional Vietnamese food and show off its fundamental qualities in an exquisite setting.
Nam first arrived in Singapore in 2000 and had a successful posting at The Lighthouse which was previously linked to Les Amis and located at The Fullerton Hotel. It featured mainly European dishes with a sensibility for Asian styles.
Following postings in London, Thailand and Bali, the opportunity to introduce his version of the Vietnamese kitchen to Singapore proved to be irresistible and everyone is now terribly excited to check out this brand new concept. Having been offered a prime locaction alongside Les Amis's row of restaurant alongside Shaw Centre we can surely expect some pretty sophisticated and upscale styles of Vietnamese cooking.
Annam's interior is inviting and low key, complete with colourful patterned floor tiles, marble-top tables and coffee-shop chairs that are intended to evoke a typical French colonial look. The restaurant sits about 50 people in an intimate space that carried the cacophony of its guests well.
We expect Annam to set the bar higher than any other Vietnamese restaurant across town and are looking forward to this great new concept developing into one of the top restaurants in the Les Amis Group portfolio.
Peperoni Pizzeria's second branch recently opened at Binjai Park. Besides the bigger bar which lines part of the exterior, the 100-seater affords more space between each table, giving diners more privacy without doing away with the cosy conviviality that makes Peperoni so endearing. Antique fixtures adorn these walls, adding a touch of the past to the retro-styled outlet.
In conjunction with the opening of the second branch, Peperoni started serving breakfast on weekends. Heart and familiar breakfast platters and freshly squeezed mixed juices are the way to go to start the weekend.
Takeaway pizzas are extremely popular. All pizzas come fresh and piping hot straight from the open pizza kitchen that sits in Peperoni. The large wood-fired oven here gives all their pizzas that authentic smoky flavour.
Aside from the variety of pastas and pizzas available, there also many scrumptious snacks to choose from. Provision have been made for the little ones, with a kid's menu that includes small pasta/pizza, a drink and a gelato/sorbet for dessert. They also offer many Belgium beers of varying alcoholic intensities. The slection ranges from a light, summery peach-flavoured fizz to more robust, unrestrained brews. Every item on the menu is nett, which means that guests need not worry about extras like GST or service charge when the bill arrives.
The combination of good food and booze in a vivacious ambience delivers a delightful dining experience every time!
