The hearty Grimbergen Ambrée bread is the first Grimbergen-infused bread in the world and an original creation of Chef Audrey. 

This dark bread carries the beer’s distinctive caramel aftertaste while maintaining a sense of lightness in texture. The bread’s malty flavour also makes it the perfect choice for Nassim Hill’s signature hot reuben, a veritable crowd-pleaser of emmental cheese that is perfectly melded with corned beef, sauerkraut and onions over the Grimbergen Ambrée bread.
