At Fresh +, you decide what goes in your salad, and they'll put it together for you. The base of your salad is their signature lettuce mix, offering a good balance of juiciness, crunch, sweetness and a little bitterness. To the lettuce mix they add on the ingredients you fancy and choose on the day. They have around 50 ingredients to choose from. You then select your salad dressing, that they mix with your lettuce mix and ingredients. Their salad dressings are all made at the shop, using fresh ingredients. Voila! Your salad is now ready and the last thing is for you to enjoy its taste and freshness. You can also choose one of their favourite salads, made daily at the shop.
Quality control: The selection of their vegetables and salad products is very rigorous. Products are systematically checked upon arrival at the shop. At Fresh + quality and freshness are an obsession that allows for no compromise.

A good sandwich is one with good bread and a generous serving of high quality tasty ingredients. Their bread is made with superior ingredients and is served shortly after baking. Most of the baking process occurs at the shop, giving the bread softness inside and a nice crisp outside. Sandwiches are made in front of you, using premium ingredients. For those of you in a hurry, you can grab a fresh sandwich in their cold display, go straight to the cashier and go.

Good beans and roasting: At Fresh + they only buy premium beans that have been carefully selected for their ability to create a full body coffee. The blend is a superior Arabica/Robusta blend. The beans are roasted in Singapore to achieve minimal aroma loss following the roasting process, and delivered to Fresh + shortly after roasting. Their roaster is a leader in quality and technology in Singapore.
Good know-how: How many times have they seen baristas not applying the 12kg of tampering pressure, allowing the milk to go over the burning temperature, grinding coffee hours in advance of making it, and committing what they at Fresh + consider as cardinal sins! A poor technique using good beans will give at best an average coffee. At Fresh + their baristas have been individually trained to make sure you get the best out of their premium beans. Grinding is done immediately before making the cup of coffee, and all other requirements are meticulously applied to ensure all of the coffee aroma and body goes in your mouth and nowhere else!

At Fresh +, they offer two formula of fresh juices: you can either order one of their Favourite Juices, or just design your own out of a list of fresh fruit. Their Favourite Juice recipes have been designed by a health and nutritional expert. Each juice offers a specific health benefit that you will no doubt guess by looking at their names. At the same time the ingredients in each juice and their proportions have been refined so as to create a tasty and refreshing juice. Loysel's Toy is their homage to one man who was part dreamer and part innovator. Edward Loysel de Santais, a man from generations of enginerring, too his training in machines and married it to his love for coffee, producing what became known as the world's first commercial coffee machine. He introduced the world to his hydrostatic urn at the Paris Exposition in 1855, where it made over 1000 cups of coffee in an hour! Loysel was a pioneer, and his work with steam pressure became the springboard for the espresso machines we see today.
