It all started with the brand's love of fresh produce and simply but perfectly cooked food, full of flavour.

Note di Sicilia is a new fine Gelateria - Bar - Lounge at Quayside Isle. Enjoy a traditional gelato made with fresh Italian milk, sorbetti made from seasonal fruits as well as Italian spring water and the famous Sicilian granita.
In a sumptuous Italian place, you will discover their signature cocktails and frozen shooters.
The greatest luxury of all is simplicity: honest flavours, authentic techniques and ingredients, traditional craftsmanship and the complete absence of gimmickry. This authenticity and commitment to excellence is what sets Italy’s master gelato makers apart.
They use a special tool for stirring gelato that mechanically reproduces the manual technique practised by the Mastri Galatai from the 17th century onwards.
Their intention is to offer high quality live seafood, predominantly locally sourced crustaceans, cooked simply and most importantly, priced reasonably.
Their cocktails are guided by taste, quality and speed. With the outdoor dining environment, keeping it cold adds to the equation.
They make their very own sorbet using fresh fruits, either blending it whole or juicing. With this approach, they are able to eradicate (ice) dilution and yet maintain the cocktail at a much lower temperature (-12°C to be exact), longer than conventional ice, which changes the way cocktails are made for an al fresco setting.
The Financial Business district has another string to its bow: La Cantine, a lively and colourful French restaurant where your tastebuds will be doing somersaults.
When entering the Brasserie, you will observe architectural chandeliers derived from famous Parisian architecture, suspended from the roof down. This in conjunction with the logo of a roaster turned upside down begins to tell you the story of how they are no ordinary "Brasserie". As with Chef Bruno Menard and his food, this Brasserie recreates a whole new way of seeing and experiencing things, from a unique perspective.
On the menu, from starters to dessert, Chef Bruno Menard has made your classic French favourites, with his own playfully dynamic twist. As a starter, you may enjoy "La Tomate Farcie" (a Momotaro tomato filled with Zucchini chutney and olive oil, served with Yuzu-kosho tarragon sorbet, Parmesan cheese and Arugula) or the Cevennes onion soup on "Foie Gras à la Royale" and truffle scented Chantilly. Unless you prefer one of his homemade Terrines (Country pork head terrine made with condiments, tomato, shallots, butterhaed lettuce salad or Duck Foie Gras terrine, Fig chutney and Vinecao served with Poilane's bread).
On the wine list, La Cuvee de La Cantine" is a selection of white and red wines from Australia and France. they also have a large selection of red wines from Burgundy (Nuits Saint-George, Cote de Nuits) and Bordeaux (Saint -Emilion, Pauillac).
The design team headed by Emma Maxwell and Kelly Dickinson from The Stripe Collective have designed this new place from floor to ceiling including all the branding. Emma and Kelly have acquired considerable experience in designing restaurant concepts such as Sabio and Le Petit Cancale on Duxton Hill as well as &MADE by Bruno Menard at "Pacific Plaza on Scotts".
The space exudes the warmth of a classic brasserie, while capturing the whimsical, contemporary style of the cuisine mixed with their Chef's unique perspective on food. They borrowed elements from brasserie life and turned them on their head. From the upside-down logo featuring classic French icons, to the inverted Parisian cityscape of hand-carved wooden chandeliers watched over by topsy-turvy red rooster weathervane lights, and the tin-panelled ceiling that overflows elegantly onto the wall, every delightful detail of a traditional Brasserie has been playfully altered.

Peperoni Pizzeria's second branch recently opened at Binjai Park. Besides the bigger bar which lines part of the exterior, the 100-seater affords more space between each table, giving diners more privacy without doing away with the cosy conviviality that makes Peperoni so endearing. Antique fixtures adorn these walls, adding a touch of the past to the retro-styled outlet.
In conjunction with the opening of the second branch, Peperoni started serving breakfast on weekends. Heart and familiar breakfast platters and freshly squeezed mixed juices are the way to go to start the weekend.
Takeaway pizzas are extremely popular. All pizzas come fresh and piping hot straight from the open pizza kitchen that sits in Peperoni. The large wood-fired oven here gives all their pizzas that authentic smoky flavour.
Aside from the variety of pastas and pizzas available, there also many scrumptious snacks to choose from. Provision have been made for the little ones, with a kid's menu that includes small pasta/pizza, a drink and a gelato/sorbet for dessert. They also offer many Belgium beers of varying alcoholic intensities. The slection ranges from a light, summery peach-flavoured fizz to more robust, unrestrained brews. Every item on the menu is nett, which means that guests need not worry about extras like GST or service charge when the bill arrives.
The combination of good food and booze in a vivacious ambience delivers a delightful dining experience every time!
