YogaFly is a revolutionary new fitness approach that will help you stretch, strengthen and tone your body through a series of unconventional suspension techniques.
It fuses the benefits of traditional yoga, dance and aerial acrobatics for a unique full–body workout that targets your core muscles without placing unnecessary pressure on the spine and joints. With a special fabric swing that keeps you constantly supported, you’ll achieve poses that would otherwise be more strenuous on a mat.
Xtend Barre is a fast-paced, vigorous workout that combines the body-sculpting benefits of dance with the core training properties of pilates. Each 55-minute session is designed with a combination of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches to tone those hard to reach places while strengthening and elongating your body so you achieve the strong, chiseled physique of a dancer.

The program Director, Lynn Ong started her pilates journey as an avid practitioner and trained for many years under the tutelage of world- renowned instructors. Lynn is one of the best in the business, a fully certified Stott Pilates instructor with more than half a decade of teaching experience. Pilates at ABSOLUTE is an exciting new partnership between Absolute Yoga Singapore and Ultimate Pilates Training Center (Thailand).
Absolute Yoga Singapore was a pioneer in yoga in Singapore opening its first studio in 2004 then expanded to its second in 2007 and its third in 2009. To date, Absolute Yoga Singapore has served thousands of students pursuing their own passion for yoga. Absolute Yoga Singapore is owned and run by Jeanne Chung, a former investment banker who fell in love with yoga and came to Singapore specifically to share that passion.

Ultimate Pilates Training Center (Thailand) was founded by Thicha Srivisal, a fully-certified Stott Pilates and Polestar Pilates instructor (as well as a certified Gyrotonics and Gyrokensis instructor, professional ballerina and former financier). After an injury during her career as a ballet dancer, Thicha discovered the power of Pilates to recover to top condition and made a decision to add Pilates as an integral part of her life and to share with others its profound benefits.
