If you were wondering where the former executive chef of The St. Regis Singapore (Frédéric Colin) disappeared to, then you'll be pleased to know that he has taken over the location of Table 66 and has just started his own restaurant called Brasseri Gavroche, a cosy French brasserie.

Chef Frédéric is a stellar chef and one who can consistently deliver dish after dish of excellence. Chef Frédéric studied at the prestigious Ecole Hôtelière Jean Ferrandi in Paris and entered the finals of France’s apprentice of the year award. His first cooking assignment was during military service, where he was personal chef to the Military Governor of Paris. A steady climb ensued, giving him opportunities to work with celebrated chefs and filling his resume with many Michelin-starred restaurants.
For the francophiles amongst you, this is definitely a place you need to add to your must-visit list and be sure to try the baked pork terrine pie with duck liver and Grandpa Henri's fish quenelle with crayfish sauce, they are both to die for.
