Kobe's and Yokohama’s "all-you-can-eat" premium Japanese-Western seafood buffet restaurant, Fisherman's Market, has finally made its way to our shores! This is the first restaurant that Create Restaurants Co. Ltd, a well-established Japanese company with a portfolio of over 110 food concepts including Japanese, Western, Chinese and Asian food, has opened outside of Japan.

The restaurant boasts a sumptuous array of over 90 food dishes that will satiate any buffet fan. Sprawling across a total floor space of 10,000 sq ft, Fisherman's Market consists of a full bar and diner on the first level with 60 seats where you can have cocktails over an a la carte lunch or dinner overlooking the Singapore River.

On the second level is a 300-seater space that is perfect and cosy for a satisfying treat, catered to the buffet patrons.
With seafood freshly flown in from South Asia, Australia, North America and around the world, the buffet dishes include freshly prepared sushi, oysters, sashimi, and even local delights such as their specialty, chilli crab. What's more, native Itamae (Sushi chefs) are at hand to prepare the sushi, with an emphasis on authenticity to bring you nothing but the finest in ingredients and most sumptuous in taste.

Apart from seafood, other selections include Ratatouille, Pescatore pasta, pizzas, Teppanyaki Pork and Beef, and Sukiyaki. And nothing quite completes a buffet like an array of sumptuous desserts and cakes.
