Refreshing and refined flavours define their menu, with items such as the Bagna Caud; fresh vegetables served with anchovy and garlic dipping sauce with a note of Miso,"Tonno", tuna and avocado tartar served in a brilliant marriage of balsamic vinegar and a just the right dose of wasabi dressing topped with herb salad.
Finally, the house favourite in its Japan’s restaurant - Ricci di Mare, cold fedelini perfectly matched with sea urchin-carbonara sauce topped with pieces of fresh sea urchin.
Dressed in a rustic redbrick tavern décor, the inviting Old World brings you right back to the charms of Toscany !
