Yoga Movement is a new Yoga center that has recently opened on New Bridge Road. They offer different types of classes, such as Yoga Core, Yoga Zen, Yoga Power, Yoga Basics, Monster Hot or Power Flow.
Yoga Core focuses on building strength and stability in and around the abdomen. Breathing remains a huge focus for the Core class and the harder you work; the lighter you will feel as your practice strengthens.
